Videos marked Age restricted by TikTok or Country restricted are blocked by TikTok, so the restriction has to be lifted in TikTok, not in Scaled Creator.
If a video shows Age restricted by TikTok or Country restricted on your Videos page, TikTok is blocking that video from being posted anywhere. Every control on that row is locked. That means no Amazon product, no manual TikTok link, no keyword and no manual post. There's nothing to fix on our side, and adding an Amazon product won't unlock it.
How do I get the restriction removed in TikTok?
The restriction comes from TikTok, so it has to be lifted in TikTok.
Open the TikTok app.
Tap Profile.
Tap the ☰ Menu in the top right.
Select Settings & Privacy.
Open Audience Controls.
Make sure Age 18 and older is turned OFF.

How long does it take for the restriction to lift?
Turning the setting off doesn't clear the flag right away. TikTok takes 5 to 10 days on average to fully remove the restriction from videos that are already flagged. There's no way to speed that up from our side or yours.
Once TikTok lifts it, the video unlocks on the next sync and goes back to posting normally. You don't need to do anything else.
Turning the setting off now also stops new videos from getting flagged, so it's worth doing straight away even while the older ones are still waiting.
What about Country restricted videos?
Country restricted videos work the same way. TikTok is blocking them and there's nothing to fix in Scaled Creator.
