If a TikTok video you posted isn't showing in your Synced Videos tab, check the Videos with Issues tab on your dashboard. Videos that need attention are kept there, and they won't cross-post until the issue is fixed.
What the status on the video means
Product Details Unavailable means we couldn't match a product to the video. Click Retry Sync first, since the product is often matched on the next try. If that doesn't work, add any Amazon product to unlock posting, and switch the Amazon link off if there's no real match. Here's how to post these videos.
Age restricted by TikTok or Country restricted means TikTok is blocking the video, and it has to be fixed in TikTok. Here's how to remove the restriction.
If it isn't in Videos with Issues either
It was posted before you signed up. During a free trial, we import your 10 most recent videos. Once your paid subscription starts, Old Video Sync brings in your older videos at 100 a week. If you connected TikTok on or before October 21, 2026, reconnect it from your Accounts page to start. See How Do I Sync My Older TikTok Videos?
You just posted it. New videos can take a little time to sync. Give it some time, then refresh your dashboard.
