Product Details Unavailable means we couldn't pull the product details for a video, so it won't auto-post. You can fix it yourself and post it manually. These videos show in the Videos with Issues tab on your dashboard.
How do I fix and post it?
Click Retry Sync. Always start here. Many of these clear on their own once the video re-syncs and the product is matched.
Add an Amazon product. This is what unlocks posting, and nothing else will. If there's no matching Amazon product, add any Amazon product anyway, then switch the Amazon link off before you post. A manual TikTok link or custom link is optional, but you still need an Amazon product to unlock posting.
Add a keyword. This is the word people comment on your post to get the link sent to them by DM.

Will a TikTok product image show on these videos?
No. TikTok product images don't generate for these videos, even after you add a manual TikTok link.
Do manual posts count toward my daily limit?
On Random Times, manual posts count toward that day's posting limit, but you can keep posting manually after you've reached it.
Does this work for age or country restricted videos?
No. Those videos are blocked by TikTok and can't be posted, no matter what you add to them. Here's how to remove the restriction.
