Pending means your video has synced from TikTok and is waiting to post. Check these in order.
Auto Posting is off
When Auto Posting is off, your videos stay in Pending and won't post on their own. They can only be posted manually. To have them post automatically, turn on Auto Posting in Post Scheduling.
The video is waiting its turn
When Auto Posting is on, a Pending video may simply be waiting for its turn to post.
On Random Times, your videos are spread out across the day based on your daily posting limit, with at least an hour between posts. Check back in a couple of hours.
On My Schedule, each time slot posts one video. If you have more videos than slots, the rest stay Pending until the next open slot. For example, with 3 slots a day, any videos after the first 3 wait for the next day's slots.
Here's how to schedule your posts.
You've reached your daily limit
On Random Times, once you've hit your daily posting limit, any remaining videos stay in the queue and post automatically the next day. If you don't want to wait, you can post them manually. Manual posts count toward the same limit, but you can keep posting manually after it's reached.
The video is excluded from auto-posting
If the Auto Post column for that video says Excluded, it won't post automatically. Click it and switch it back to Included.
The Amazon product is out of stock
If the video shows a red Out of Stock banner, it's being held because the matched Amazon product isn't available. See What Happens When My Amazon Product Is Out of Stock?
Posting a Pending video manually
You can post a Pending video yourself anytime. Here's how to post a video manually.
If a video stays in Pending after these checks, email [email protected] with the video's title.
