If we matched the wrong Amazon product, or you'd rather use a different listing, you can change it yourself.
How do I change it?
Go to the Home tab.
Find the video, then hover over the product image in the Amazon Product column and click the pencil icon.
Delete the existing URL and paste the new Amazon product link.
Click Update.
If we switched a sold-out product to another listing, you can also tap the Switched Product badge on the video and click edit. Here's what happens when your Amazon product is out of stock.
What link format should I use?
Any standard Amazon product link works, whether it's the normal product URL, the short share link or the long product URL. It doesn't need to be your affiliate link, because we add your Store ID automatically.
Which videos does it change?
The current video
Earlier videos with the same TikTok Shop product
Future videos matched to the same TikTok Shop product
You only need to change it once per product.
