New accounts get a 7-day free trial, unless you signed up through a promotion that offers a longer one. Your trial length is shown before you start, and it includes the day you sign up.

If you cancel before your trial ends, your subscription is never charged, and you keep access until the trial end date. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your payment method is charged.

Checkout shows the exact date of your first charge before you confirm.

If your subscription was charged during your free trial, that's a billing error and we'll refund it in full. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
