How to Customize Your DM Message / Can I Edit The DM Reply

You can fully customize the message that is automatically sent to people who comment on your posts.

Step 1: Go to the Messages page

Open https://www.scaledcreator.com/messages

Step 2: Edit your message template

You will see your current DM template. You can write whatever you like and use the available variables to personalize each message.

Available variables

{commenter_name} inserts the name of the person who commented.

{affiliate_link} inserts your Amazon affiliate link.

{tiktok_video_link} inserts the TikTok Shop video link.

{custom_link} inserts your custom product link, if you have added one.

For example, your message could look like this:

Step 3: Save your changes

Once you are happy with your message, click Save. All future automated DMs use your updated template.

You can remove any variable you do not want to send. For example, removing {affiliate_link} stops Amazon links from being included in your automated messages.
