You can fully customize the DM that's automatically sent to people who comment on your posts. You do it from the Messages page.
How do I edit my DM message?
Go to the Messages page.
Edit your DM template. You'll see your current template there. You can write whatever you like and use the available variables to personalize each message.
Click Save once you're happy with your message. All future automated DMs use your updated template.
What variables can I use?
{commenter_name} inserts the name of the person who commented.
{affiliate_link} inserts your Amazon affiliate link.
{tiktok_video_link} inserts the TikTok Shop video link.
{custom_link} inserts your custom product link, if you've added one.
Here's an example of what your message could look like.
Hi {commenter_name},
For the exact product and the best savings:
{tiktok_video_link}
Closest Amazon match:
{affiliate_link}
Can I remove a link from my DM?
Yes. You can remove any variable you don't want to send. For example, removing {affiliate_link} stops Amazon links from being included in your automated messages.
