Make sure your Instagram is a Professional account

Check which way you're connecting
You can connect Instagram directly or through Facebook. Here's how to connect your Instagram account.
Connect Instagram directly uses your Instagram login.
Connect through Facebook uses your Facebook login, so your Instagram has to be linked to the exact Facebook Page you want us to post to. To link them, go to your Facebook Page, open the Menu, select Linked Accounts, then Connect Instagram, and log in to confirm. Here's how to link your Instagram to your Facebook Page.
Reconnect in a private or incognito window
Open a private or incognito window and go to your Accounts page. Disconnect Instagram, and Facebook too if you connect through Facebook, then reconnect. A private window clears saved Facebook and Instagram logins, which is the most common reason a connection keeps failing.
